Latta, Harris, Hanon & Penningroth, L.L.P. is a local firm of certified public accountants and consultants. The firm as it is known today was formed in 1997 with the merger of two prominent and longstanding area firms, Latta, Harris, Yotty & Co. of Washington, Iowa, and the Tipton, Iowa office of Meriwether, Wilson & Co., P.L.C. Latta, Harris, Hanon & Penningroth, L.L.P. continues the traditions of trust, experience, knowledge and professionalism begun by our predecessor firms over twenty-five years ago. Businesses and their owners are served from our offices in Washington, Tipton, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Grundy Center, Kalona, Sigourney, Durant, Tama and Williamsburg.
