Blaine is an experienced public accountant with over three decades of expertise, starting his career in 1988. He specializes in income tax compliance for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, with a strong focus on estate planning/compliance and multi-state income tax. Blaine’s diverse background also includes prior involvement in the assurance service area.
Blaine’s primary industries of expertise encompass agriculture, manufacturing, implement dealerships, professional services, and construction. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Northern Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant. Blaine is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants (ISCPA).
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Blaine serves as the board treasurer for several organizations, including the Grundy Center Festival Planning board, Main Street Grundy Center, and the Grundy Center Development Corporation. He is also a valued board member for Grundy Center Dollars for Scholars and Creekside, Inc., a local non-profit board.
When he’s not immersed in numbers, he indulges in his passions for fishing and college baseball games.
