Elainie embarked on her journey with LattaHarris, LLP in the spring of 2015 as an intern at the Grundy Center office. After completing her degree in May 2016, she returned to her hometown of Washington and joined the Washington office as a Certified Public Accountant.
Specializing in small business and agriculture taxation, Elainie is able to support her clients day to day operations. She utilizes bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and QuickBooks, ensuring seamless financial management for her clients. Elainie takes a holistic financial approach, working closely with each client’s financial advisor and attorney to achieve not only the best possible tax outcome but also to consider future plans and goals through pre and post-tax planning.
Elainie obtained a B.A. in accounting and business administration from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls in December 2015. She is a member of the AICPA and ISCPA. As a leader within the Washington office, Elainie actively engages in community involvement activities. She holds the position of President of the Washington Chamber Ambassadors and serves on the Kids Corral Inc. Daycare board.
She currently resides south of Washington with her husband and their two young children. When she’s not chasing her children around the house, she indulges in traveling with her family, embracing the outdoors, or immersing herself in a captivating read.
