Hannah Ihns is an established Human Resources professional with experience spanning over a decade. She joined us as the Human Resources Director in March 2023.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa in December 2013. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
In her previous roles, Hannah has been responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and performance appraisals. She is also skilled in developing and implementing human resources processes, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with federal HR regulations and guidelines.
