His expertise lies in providing comprehensive financial guidance to both individuals and businesses, specializing in tax planning, tax preparation, and business consulting. Jarod has extensive knowledge working with various industries, including restaurants, construction contractors, homeowner’s associations, rental properties, and diverse small business owners.
To lay the foundation for his successful career, Jarod earned his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA, in 1996. His commitment to excellence is evident through his professional certifications, including being a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA) in the State of Iowa and an Annual Filing Season Preparer with the IRS.
Having grown up in Cherokee, IA, Jarod spent a significant portion of his adult life in Iowa City before settling in Carbondale, IL. He currently shares his life with his wife, daughter, and two beloved dogs named Bella and Poppy.
